- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us via trackable courier. shipping cost will be refunded as per standard shipping calculated on checkout.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the return process. Once processed, you may place a new order for the desired product. In such exchange cases shipping will be at customer’s end
